Profile
My cooperation with clients on distinct project levels allows me to understand their needs. Technology knowledge helps my finding the core of the problem and communicate with IT people in their language.
I participate in a several international projects executed in a different locations (Russia, Hungary, Poland, South Africa, USA, Germany) with a distributed developer' teams.
I've experience with low-level sites migration, middleware applications (e.g. payments systems, imports/exports systems) and optimizing web services to work under high traffic. Developed Unix skills, administrator and security knowledge gives me opportunity to analyze and propose good solutions.
Since few years I'm learning about e-commerce and classifieds online, trends on the market and new ideas.

My job in EO Group consists of three different areas.
The first area is IT management, deployment and administration.
I deploy Java and Python applications on different Linuxes & Windows environments and solve problems with systems and performance. I have experience with virtualization platforms like OpenVZ, Vmware and Xen.
I have successfully maintained classified services like: expressz.hu, irr.ru, kupsprzedaj.pl, pennysaverusa.com and trade-it.co.uk and freepropertyads.co.za.
The second area is analysis;
I analyse customers business requirements and preparing offers for them. I also recommend technical solutions for different projects parts. For my own pleasure I monitor Internet for new technologies and conduct research for future products.
The last (but not least) what I'm doing at my work is project management.
I have coordinated project for o2 service germany and managing smaller project for uncovered (NDA) client. In 2008 i've worked in München for half of the year for o2 service and finished with successes project. Earlier, I was responsible for preparing releases (with new features) for our customers (Trader Media East). Currently I'm responsible for delivering on time python/django related projects.
